The Vermont Farm to School & Early Childhood Network invites you to the Rutland Region Farm to School Gathering to connect, celebrate, and elevate what is happening in farm to school around the greater Rutland region.
Join us at the Allen Street Campus to:
- Find support for your efforts and access resources
- Build connections with fellow farm to school practitioners
- Learn from showcased successes and best practices
- Strengthen our local networks
All are welcome — we’re convening anyone who is interested in getting involved with farm to school programming in our region: teachers, farm to school coordinators, school nutrition staff, school administrators, farmers, families, and supporting organizations are all invited! Of course there will be delicious locally sourced food and plenty of chances to mingle!
Coordinating partners include: Food Connects; Hildene, The Lincoln Family Home; Merck Forest and Farmland Center; Rutland Schools - Allen Street Campus; Smokey House Center; Vermont Farmers Food Center.
This gathering is a program of the Vermont Farm to School & Early Childhood Network with funding from the Vermont Agency of Education.
