Join us for the fourth annual Vermont FEAST Youth Summit (Food Education and Sustainable Thinking) in Woodstock this spring!
Registration is now closed for the 2026 summit. Please sign up to be notified when 2027 opportunities and details become available.
The Vermont FEAST Youth Summit is a student-organized day of workshops and conversations designed to convene Vermont high school students who are passionate about food systems, sustainability, and their role in addressing climate action. This year, we’re gathering at Billings Farm & Museum in Woodstock, VT.
During the year, a group of student planners work alongside a small team of Vermont educators to identify a host site, design the agenda, recruit youth workshop presenters, and get the word out. Past summits included workshops on microgreens, pollinators, arepa-making, micro-dairies, advocating in the state house, wild foraging, cooking, and nutrition.
We are operating on a first-come, first-serve basis. Up to 15 youth and two adults may register from any one school/organization. Please plan to send at least one adult for the first ten youth, and a second adult for any additional students. Please do not register individually.
This is a youth event. Accompanying adults will be directed toward adult discussions and workshops during the event.
