The Vermont Farm to Early Childhood Coalition collaborated with Nemours and Child Care Aware of America to develop a tool that maps Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) participation in Vermont.
This interactive story map, newly updated for 2024, allows users to layer various state and national data sets related to food access, child care, and the child opportunity index to view regional and community data stories. The 2024 map uses the most up-to-date state and national data, highlights stories related to community conditions and CACFP access, and allows users to toggle to the 2022 map to investigate changes over time.
