Hear from 2023 student leaders Priscilla and Schuyler following the 2023 F.E.A.S.T. Youth Summit at Knoll Farm.

Join us for the second annual Youth F.E.A.S.T. Summit (Food Education and Sustainability/Systems Thinking) at Shelburne Farms this spring!

F.E.A.S.T. is a student-organized day of workshops and conversations designed to convene Vermont high school students who are passionate about food systems, sustainability, and their role in addressing climate action.

During the year, students work alongside a small team of Vermont educators to find youth participants and organizers, design the agenda and workshops, and get the word out. Last year, the summit included workshops on microgreens, wildcrafting, advocating in the state house, cooking, and nutrition.

You and your students are invited to the second annual summit held at Shelburne Farms in Shelburne, Vermont!

Up to 15 youth and two adults may register from any one school/organization. Please plan to send at least one adult for the first ten youth, and a second adult for any additional students. Please do not register individually.
