Join us for the third annual Youth F.E.A.S.T. Summit (Food Education and Sustainable Thinking) in Waitsfield this spring!

F.E.A.S.T. is a student-organized day of workshops and conversations designed to convene Vermont high school students who are passionate about food systems, sustainability, and their role in addressing climate action.

This year we’re gathering at Lareau Farm/American Flatbread in Waitsfield, VT.

During the year, students work alongside a small team of Vermont educators to find youth participants and organizers, design the agenda and workshops, and get the word out. Past summits included workshops on microgreens, pollinators, arepa-making, micro-dairies, advocating in the state house, cooking, and nutrition.

We are operating on a first-come, first-serve basis. Up to 15 youth and two adults may register from any one school/organization. Please plan to send at least one adult for the first ten youth, and a second adult for any additional students. Please do not register individually.
