Early Educators, We Need Your Input!
The Vermont Farm to School & Early Childhood Network is conducting a survey to better understand how early childhood programs incorporate nutrition, food access, and food education within your programming.
As a thank you, complete the survey (5–10 minutes) to be entered into a drawing for prizes from Shelburne Farms.
All Vermont early childhood programs are invited to participate in our voluntary survey. We request that one person respond per program. If you cannot answer all of the questions, please forward the survey to the appropriate person.
